Four steps,
no surprises.
We work the same way on a one-room job and a whole-house move-out. Quote up front, walk-through at the end.

Live phone, 5-minute quote
Call (907) 310-4003 — a person picks up, not a tree. Share room count and the worst-spot story; you'll have a flat price before you hang up.

Same-day window in Anchorage
We hold same-day slots for the Anchorage Bowl every weekday morning. Eagle River, Chugiak, JBER and the Valley book one day out in most weeks.
- 03
Truck-mount hot-water extraction
200°F pre-spray dwell, agitation, then a high-vac extractor pass. Furniture moved and replaced on foam blocks. No mystery powders.

Walk-through, then we go
We walk the rooms with you before leaving. Spotting kit left for any return marks. Dry in 4–6 hours on most carpet, fans staged if longer.
Six jobs we do
better than fast.
Not sure which one you need? Call (907) 310-4003 and describe the room. We'll tell you on the phone.
Wall-to-wall carpet
Truck-mount hot-water extraction. Stairs, hallways, full-floor jobs. Dry in 4–6 hours.
Upholstery & sectionals
Sofas, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs. Fabric-safe pre-treatment, no over-wetting.
Area rugs
In-home or shop drop-off. Wool, synthetic, hand-knotted. We test for dye-bleed first.
Tile & grout
High-pressure tile + grout extraction, then optional sealer. Bathrooms, kitchens, mudrooms.
Pet odor & stains
Subsurface flood-extraction for urine. We treat pad and subfloor — not just the surface.
Water damage call-outs
Burst-pipe and overflow extraction. Air-movers staged the same visit when needed.
Truck-mount steam,
not rented box wands.
The unit lives in the van. 200°F water, a high-vac extractor, and a separate fresh-water tank. That's why most Anchorage carpets are walkable in four hours — the soil leaves the room with us, instead of soaking into the pad.
- Pre-treat tuned to the fiber, not a single bottle for everything
- Rotary or CRB agitation on traffic lanes before the wand pass
- Pad-and-subfloor protocol for pet jobs, never surface-only
- Walk-through at the end — you sign the invoice, not before

Anchorage Bowl + the
neighbors we drive to.
Same-day in the Bowl, next-morning in Eagle River and Chugiak, and Tuesday/Thursday runs out to Palmer and Wasilla. If you're outside this list, call — we make exceptions for repeat clients and military families.
The eight things
people ask first.
Pulled from our actual phone log. If yours isn't here, just ask when you call.
How fast can you actually get here?
Anchorage Bowl: same-day in most weeks if you call before 11am. Eagle River, Chugiak and JBER: same-day if a slot is open, otherwise next morning. Mat-Su Valley: we batch Valley work two days a week — call and we'll tell you which days are open.
What's a flat price look like?
We quote by room count and stairs, not square-foot games. The price you hear on the phone is the price on the invoice unless we find something you didn't mention (heavy red-wine subsurface, for example) — and we tell you before touching it.
Will my carpet stay wet for two days?
No. Truck-mount extraction pulls about 95% of the rinse water back out on the same pass. Most Anchorage homes are walkable in 4 hours and fully dry in 6–8. We stage air-movers when a room needs it.
Do you handle pet urine all the way down?
Yes — that's a separate process from surface cleaning. We flood-extract the pad and treat the subfloor before we touch the carpet pile. Surface-only cleaning on a pet job just spreads the stain.
Are you licensed and insured for Anchorage homes?
Yes — licensed in the Municipality of Anchorage and insured for in-home work. We'll email you the certificate of insurance before the visit if your building manager or HOA asks.
Cash, card, or invoice?
All three. Card on completion is the default. Property managers and small offices can be invoiced net-15. We don't take a deposit to book.
What about the truck in the driveway in winter?
Truck-mount lines run from the driveway through a cracked door, sealed against the cold. We stage closed-cell foam at the threshold. Your house doesn't lose heat the way a Lower-48 driveway might suggest.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture (chairs, side tables, small sofas) yes, on foam blocks to protect freshly-cleaned pile. Beds, dressers, pianos and entertainment centers — we clean around. Tell us up front if a room needs a full move.
Call us, or
book the truck.
The fastest path is the phone — a real person picks up between 7am and 9pm, seven days. The form below works too; we'll text you back inside the hour with a window and a flat price.
